Bookings & deposits
A non-refundable deposit confirms your date. The balance is due on or before the day of the event unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be rescheduled free of charge. Later cancellations may incur the full hire fee.
Site requirements
The hirer must provide safe, level access, adequate space and a power supply where required. Please tell us about steps, gates or soft ground in advance.
Safety & supervision
All equipment is supplied with trained staff or clear operating instructions. Equipment must not be moved or altered by the hirer.
Adverse weather
For safety, inflatables cannot be used in high winds or heavy rain. We will always discuss alternatives with you before the event.
Damage & loss
The hirer is responsible for wilful damage or loss of equipment while it is on site, excluding normal wear and tear.
